The Cusine
Gastronomical specialities are based on our own
products are cooked according to our old Umbrian tradition. Our dishes range
from a variety of typical salami, toasted bread, omelletes with aromatic
herbs and raw foods, to dishes in which reigns our hand-made egg pasta:
tagliolini and tagliatelle with goose and wild boar sauce and whole variety
of lasagne and cannelloni filled with fresh vegetables.
Meat dishes vary from white meat ( all bred in our farm), such as chicken, duck,
goose, guinea fowl and turkey farming, to roasted lamb and poork grilled in the
large fire-place located in the dining-room. These dishes are accompanied by the
wine of our vineyards " Colli Amerini" and by our home-baked bread.
A delicious home-made dessert
always ends the meal. Guest can purchase products such as wine, oil,
marmalade, salami and seasonal gastronomical products in our farm shop.
